Quartet has five suites overlooking the pool and lawns, allocated for long-term rental (>28 days). Tenants should be in healthy physical condition and over the age of 60. The rental fees vary dependant on the length of stay. All of the privileges associated with the levies apply to these units. From time to time, we do have cottages and apartments available for rent.
